Mug from previous arrest for Retail Theft.
Clearwater, Florida -- A 14-year-old child who took off with his mother back in May 2011 was found in Jacksonville Thursday.
According to the City of Clearwater, the boy's father was scheduled to get custody of the child at a hearing at the Pinellas County Courthouse. At the courthouse, the boy said he had to go to the bathroom and that's when he secretly met his mother, Kim Swan, and the two took off.
At the time, the boy had been staying with the wife of his father's attorney and was going to be taken back to Bermuda with his father.
Swan and the boy were found with another child who has been taken into protective custody.
Officials say the boy will be reunited with his father.
Swan, 40, is charged with Child Abduction and Interference with Child Custody.
