St. Petersburg, Florida -- The star of Sunday night's episode of Undercover Boss here on CBS made an appearance on 10 News Thursday to talk about his experience on the "other side."

Rick Tigner serves as President of Jackson Family Enterprises, parent company of Kendall-Jackson Winery.

"I worked for Jess Jackson who started Kendall-Jackson 30 years ago.  He passed a way last year, so I wanted to get out there and find out, do we still have that same spirit of Jess Jackson in the field today and the reality is we do," Tigner told 10 News.

There are few awkward moments where Tigner, in disguise, tries to work the assembly line.

There are few other moments you won't want to miss either... but, we can't tell you about it!  You'll have to watch.

"I think personally what I learned was a lot of CEO's and bosses, they have a balance sheet and they see numbers.  What you don't see on a balance sheet is culture and passion and I will tell you, that is the key to the success in a lot of companies," said Tigner.

Undercover Boss: Kendall Jackson Wines airs Sunday at 8 p.m.

By the way... we had to ask what Tigner's favorite Kendall Jackson wine is.  He tells us it's the Grand Reserve Cabernet.  He also likes the Vinter's Reserve Chardonnay.
