Tampa, Florida - Inside Mrs. Robin Coleman’s class, history comes alive as her students debate.
She teaches Integrated Language Arts and History at Trinity School for Children in Tampa. And not since this past Super Bowl has there been so much debate about the patriots.
Mrs. Robin says teenagers often have a reputation of being difficult.
“I think there are a lot of negative stereotypes about teenagers these days and we get the privilege of seeing how great they are,” she says.
13-year-old Kayla says she’s worried about the presidential elections coming up in November, while 7th grader Nadine says it’s important for teens to be heard because they play an important role in society.
Mrs. Robin says it’s her students' refreshing attitude that keeps her coming back.
