HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Fla. -- A former Tampa Police officer has been arrested for DUI.
According to the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office, Matthew Dolitsky was arrested while driving along Sligh Ave. in Tampa at 3:25 a.m. He refused to be tested by deputies and has been charged with one count of Driving Under the Influence.

10 News first reported on Dolitsky earlier this month. He was the target of two Internal Affairs investigations three years ago because he was suspected of trading drugs for sex. When he found out about the investigations, he allegedly pulled out his firearm and threatened his fellow officers.
Dolitsky resigned before the department could fire him.
Dolitsky remains in jail at this time.
